We work with a small group of vineyards across the Mornington Peninsula, each selected for its unique site and subregional character. From the elevated, wind-exposed slopes of Main Ridge and Red Hill South, to the more protected vineyards in Shoreham, Flinders, Merricks, and Tuerong, each location brings a distinct influence to the wines.
Many of the vines are over 30 years old, dry grown, and low yielding. The approach in the vineyard is simple: attentive farming, minimal inputs, and working with each season.
These sites are not just sources of fruit; they are collaborators.
