Onannon is three people with one goal.
The people are Will Byron, Kaspar Hermann and Sam Middleton.
The goal is to get good grapes from healthy vineyards and make wines that speak a little of ourselves and a lot of the place.
We each contributed the last letters of our surnames to make Onannon, and give equally of ourselves to craft the wines that bear our name.
